Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions will apply to the purchasing of "Agunts"

"Agunt" fees are legally unitised long term loans to African Trip CC, re payable at termination of business. Upon receiving payment for an "Agunt" an Agent certificate will be issued by email, fax or post which also contains the entitlement under this agreement regarding the owner of an "Agunt" being able to act as an agent for African Trip CC pertaining to the selling of "Agunts" and the selling of African Trip Sky Safaris
Should any payments (excluding interest and profit sharing) be made to the owner of "Agunts" of a minimum value of "Agunts" owned, the long term obligation towards the owner of the "Agunts" is regarded as having been fulfilled, for example if you own two "Agunts" (valued at US$100) and you recruited five (earning you cash equal to the value of one "Agunt"), then you can only claim re-payment of one, the obligation regarding the first considered as fulfilled. If you sold one Sky Safari (earning you a minimum of US$125 and a maximum of US$1000) the obligation is considered to be fully fulfilled.
African Trip will not be liable for any loss suffered whatsoever by any party purchasing "Agunt(s)" or selling "Agunts" or selling other African Trip products and services to third parties
"Agunt(s)" are not considered salable commodities or assets or shares and does not have any value to any third party save to African Trip and the direct owner of "Agunts(s)" or his/her deceased estate.
